With a decade of experience in the visual effects industry at Wētā FX, I’ve specialized in managing large-scale render farm environments and optimizing storage infrastructure to keep pace with creative demands. I love turning chaotic legacy processes into structured, secure, and automated workflows. More importantly, I focus on leadership that lifts teams up and keeps a healthy, collaborative culture at the heart.

When I’m off the clock, You’ll usually find me cooking for friends over a good glass of wine, spending time out in the garden, or diving into my home lab to test out new self-hosted setups. I also have a passion for post-production audio, occasionally collaborating with local creators to design immersive soundscapes for short films.
